Better ship position overview

The current tactical overlay overview screen is pretty tiny in the bottom right corner. It is impossible to see anything, making it useless. Ship positioning is one of the biggest aspects of tournament play and has been made impossible to observe with the current viewing system. The beautiful ships are nice to see, but really, that is not relevant enough to take up over half the screen.

tl:dr. Make the tactical overlay overview screen bigger
