Love of monocles is not necessary, but quite helpful.

If you love PvP in groups using a coherent doctrine, you will love Gents. Special snowflakes do exist, but we generally run well composed fleets.

As mentioned by Slayer Girl, we do deploy for high intensity PvP which is great fun (I would actually like to think even our targets think it is fun).
