Really CCP ?????

ITT: Crying about having to go to NPC null-sec.

I predict some good tears along the Orvolle pipeline.

Ah the good old tears line. RollRoll

Nope because it is a frigate that only a new player will use.
It just means there will be less on the market for those newer players.

Frigates make almost zero profit.
Basically CCP is killing the ship before it even comes out, that was my point .

Nope, it will also be quite useful to more veteran players due to it's "Gas Mining" bonus
Whole wormhole corporations might just want 5 of them, or more than 20.

Huh, not so pleased with this. If you let your blockade runner even be cargo scanned, then you deserve anything that happens next.

uhh, are you thinking of transport ships?

You should also note it will be given out in tutorial missions.

All those folks using them to AFK AP distribution missions might end up in a pod.

Did they fix that thing where Logi's can instantly Dock or Jump when Repairing a Target. They said before they were making it so Logistics inherit the timer of the ship they are repairing.

Uhm, no, you're making a mountain out of a molehill. Someone will buy a ****-ton of BPOs, put them in a cov-ops, successfully run the Orvolle pipe (or whatever their chosen route out of OR/Syndicate), and seed the market in Jita within a day. If you want one at cost, go risk that yourself, it's not exactly hard if you stay calm and have some bookmarks.

Playing the "second-class citizen" card, eh? Barge buff proves you right, miners are too stupid to think for themselves (no troll to non-whining miners).

You do realize that using cloaking device is kinda difficult when you get targeted by that instalock Loki?

so your chain of thought is something like:

Oh... this'll redefine sniping...

The bounty is paid to the character with the final blow, except when Concord has final blow or for self-destruct, in which case the bounty goes to highest damage dealer

This I don't understand... how does the mechanic work?

Quote:
A Limited engagement is created when a global target is attacked by someone who cannot be legally attacked back.

Four new destroyers, names, wall of stats.... but what faction does each belong to?

What is an 'unsafe' logoff then? Another mechanic that isn't clear.
Quote:
Players can now elect to "safe log off" from the Esc menu or ship context menu; this can only be attempted while their ship is essentially inactive, and will remove their ship from space after thirty seconds. Logging off safely in this manner does not close the client and can be aborted at any time

There wasn't any near ORE stations in first minutes after Noctis BPO was released. Getting Noctis BPO was real fun and I dont see any reasons to complain, especially because new ORE BPO's will be in JIta in 10 minutes after expansion deployment.
And after one day New Eden market will be swarmed with cheap Ventures.

They say the issue is fixed, which means there'll be a bra on when you go to the CC. The real question is, do we get to keep our current renders? If we do, I'd be fine with keeping this one for a while.

Current logoff is "unsafe" logoff. You disconnect, and your ship remains in space for a while before it disappears. If it gets probed down and attacked, it'll remain in space until destroyed.

"Safe" logoff, you click the option to safe logoff and you sit in your ship watching the timers count down. When they reach 0, your ship disappears and you disconnect.

A lot of the stuff in the patch notes is discussed and explained in the various dev blogs. Visit the EVE Information Portal part of these forums.
