This change of direction is something I, personally, will be watching with some interest. I believe it is any individual's (or organization's, in this case) inherent right to reassess values, commitments, and goals as and when needed.

Of course, I am personally pleased to see the group's ties to Serpentis being reduced or severed. If this change for Anshar leads you in a new, positive, direction, then I wish you all the best.

It is interesting that the "change in direction" that you announced in this thread has you moving in exactly the same direction as beforehand.

Announcing that you will have greater degrees of freedom in future deals is meaningless if you do not then exercise that freedom.

However, times change, and the consensus of our shareholders is that we allow our current contract with the Serpentis Corporation to expire, and re-negotiate any new engagements with the SPC based on non-exclusive, short term contracts. Our contract for Black Fall expires on 14/11/114.

I find the inability of people to properly read the original press release and selectively quote me when something occurs quite astounding. Many of you should consider a career in Federation politics, or perhaps tabloid media.

I am similarly astonished.

I apologize for the brevity of my last post, I am often too brief. Please let me be more clear. In light of current events, this press release demonstrates that you do not want to change the direction of your corporation, only that you wish to assume a position of deniable association with SPC. I hope that this is not the case, and look forward to hearing about your good works throughout the Cluster.

Changing business partners after such a long time of working together can be quite a challenge. After all, shareholders react badly to any decrease in revenue. Before the witch hunt starts I would like to point out that it was likely not Caman's call to bombard the planet. If he enjoys being accessory to genocide is quite another question, though, but not one for me to answer.

PS: I read 'Leopolds' first. Quite the chuckle.

Ruthlessness is the kindness of the wise.
