If you lost contact with highest bid .. I can offer 8b b/o now ... its true that max focused tengu cost like 9b max .. but this one is not maxed tengu. To max it you need 15-16M sp around 8 months of training. Character can have 35M SP and will also cost 9B if know to operate only one ship.
Now is most important for tengu to have Missile Bombardment lv5 as missile range is reduced. and you need like 4-5 skills on lv 5 to sell it for 9B.
I can give you now 8b b/o and this offer will stands next 3 hours

While I appreciate the bump, and your very nice explanation, I feel that the good Engineering skills and Cybernetics 5 offset the lack of bombardment 5. I can wait if need be. My 9bil b/out stands, lemme know if you're interested =)

2012.06.02 last transfer of this character so if I have calculated right you have 6-7 days to sell it or must pay him plex again . And you cannot max it in 10 days . Also is needed Afterburner 5 , Fuel Conservation 5 that saves capacitor a lot. And you are 3nd owner.
