Wouldn't be awesome if this years present was a skill trade in program. Trade whole skills for 75% their trained SP's in unallocated skill points. Helps some of us with misguided youths.

Feels world of tanks man.

It's a bad idea, there's no useless skills in eve despite what people cry about when a balance comes along that their ship x is now useless because y has been changed.

actually that would be awesome but for pple who actually got 50-100 sp that would be somewhat less usefull since they probebly allready trained some usefull line, like if you had 150 sp it would be completely useless.... in some way, unless you really messed something up

why not get to revamp 40% of skills (lets say for new players that would be useful) and get a bonus of like.. 10-20%? against that revamp, so if you got lots of good placed SP that would be better..... (so like for 50-100sp players it would be like 5-10 to 10-20 sp)

ofc im talking in millions....

2 million sp is about a mongth of training, it would really give these long terms guys some good boost, while giving these rookies some second chance no?..

and SP is free for CCP its not even relatable with isk xP
or maybe i just want an extra 10 million sp.....

id be fine with a free Nyx though.... (jokes for fun)
side notes, if you need 75% of your SP replaced you really ****** up somewhere... or you want to change of life....

An idea posted with reasonable regularity for at least the last four years that I've been playing.

Please no for so many reasons.

To summarise all of the previous posts ever: Live with your decisions, the mistakes made by noobs account for a tiny amount of your overall skill points in the long run.

Stop whining about how you wasted SP in training for a HML Drake.

Train HAMs. Fly a HAM drake. Unleash the pain, at distances that I think are fairly balanced.

HAMs are good. I have tried them, on Buckingham, and they're a VALID SYSTEM. TRY THEM BEFORE YOU SCREAM ABOUT HOW CALDARI AND MISSILES ARE DEAD FOREVER, BECAUSE NEITHER IS TRUE.

I was thinking more 3 races of haulers invention and PI on my main, industry, salvage, etc etc; got an alt for all that now. I have HAM's already and have always love my HAM Tengu <3, screw Drakes. I can fly all ships for all races, I just don't like non V SP's Ill never use.
