Insuring ship while on suicide ganking alt

Maybe a simple question.

Plan to do some tries of the wonderful thing of suicide gank.
I will be using an orca as a base, deploy my lovely ships (I guess I will start with brutix T1 fit ship).


Question is, how to insure the ship, as from what I understand repacking to be able and put several ships in an orca, will invalid the insurance?
Do you run to a station, unpack, refit, insure, put in SMB and deploy when you got your target spotted (ofc deploy in space, so you don't get hit/scam by local police).

So basically go back to a NPC station to unpack and refit+insure the ship every time, than place it in an orca SMB?

You can't store a packaged ship and launch it from the maintenance array of an Orca, it will only store assembled ships.
You also will only be able to store 1 Brutix in your maintenance array.

Insure the ship on the character which will be losing it, then trade it to the stager (must both be in the same station) - the insurance will not be voided if you trade it. Eject it in space, climb in with the gank pilot and die in a fire.
