The Tornado will be a Balltecruiser that fits Battleship Guns.

Now, all we need is proper confirmation of what the anticipated 'Hybrid fix' will entail, because I can only imagine what the cap needs of the Gallente/Caldari boats will be --- if they prove to be gunships.

battleship damage output with low tank? What is the point about having that? If I want that, I put Rails on Hyperions without hardeners

I think this is a neat concept and will find its own niche in the game.

Also, BS DPS with BC tank? Tornado is primary, tornado is primary.

I don't always post on the forums, but when I do, I post with my main.

I foresee the amarr and gallente ones being underpowered compared to the caldari and minmatar ones. Why? Because you can fit shield extenders much more easily than plates, so you'll end up with the latters having like 25-40% more EHP than the armor tankers.

I just Jizzed myself! Only thing I like my 425's! Hoping the bonus will be to projectiles not Large projectiles. Would be nice if we can choice what size guns we want to use.

slot layout MIGHT solve this... maybe like... only 2 or 3 mid slots for amarr gallente variety but twice as many low slots as caldari/minmatar... vice versa for cald/minmi

Whilst being somewhat epic, I suspect that these are going to be ridiculously priced.

We had new T3 ships promised some time back, and T3 battlecruisers was suggested. That given that these are coming mean that these are going to be new T3 ships?

GIven that T3 cruisers are 400-500m+ (a cheap Tengu puts you out about 450m at the moment), T3 battlecruisers will probably be about double that. All the people predicting blobfests are either very rich or er... stupid...

BC's can already fit 1600 plates easily, or dual 1600 plates if you're willing to sacrifice gank. Additionally, LSE's give less HP than plates.
