API - Pulled data missing transactions

I've noticed that in recent pulls of API data into EVE HQ there are transactions missing. They show in the wallet view but no matter what I do in EVE HQ (clear cache / rebuild cache etc) they just don't appear. I've got a funny feeling that there are other anomalies in the data pulled over the api as well. Anybody else noticed anything weird with api data recently?
