I was the prior owner of Serj Darek and sold off all of my characters, bpos, etc in March of 2011. (Ragequit #4 for those keeping score)

It's getting cold now, bored with FPS games and I have been trying to find my old character. Some say he quit, so I am asking my favorite dysfunctional community to help me find him.

I transferred the character on 2011.03.03 21:46:00 and Serj lived on until 2011/03/03 04:21 when he left Crimson EmpireDOT. I have done as much detective work as possible with eve-kill, eve-search, etc. I have ran into a dead end and want to exhaust my options before buying another Titan character. I am obsessive with character training and really don't want to spend eighteen months training Lord Gabriell to a max pvp super-capital pilot. I do have other titan characters, I just want the opportunity to chat with the new capsuleer.

I am offering a 5b reward for the first person that can track Serj Darek down and motivate him to have a conversation with me in-game. I will provide a PLEX if necessary for the conversation to make it easy if Serj quit playing all together.

Chribba has always handled my Titan transfers and such, so I am using him as escrow for the reward.

Requirements for reward:

1) Find Serj Darek and have him chat with me via the Eve chat interface
2) Have Serj provide the name to Chribba and myself of the person that convinced him to logon
3) Profit

Exceptions:

I do not want any personal information of Serj, in-game only.

I have no expectation of being able to buy him back, but thought I would try and have some fun with trying to find him. Chribba will be posting to verify his escrow services.

According to two of his corp mates he quit playing and was removed from corp. I assumed he bought my max skilled avatar pilot and parked Serj in a titan, but from what I was told in the last week he didn't have a titan. I only saw him login once after the transfer, but just figured he was parked. A few months later I used a locator agent and saw he was parked in Jita, so I would login occasionally and see if he responded to any of my eve mails.

He may have just walked away, I really don't know. Offering a reward is a longshot, but its better than buying a max skilled Avtar pilot.

yep. Also, your information is a little muddled. Post transfer history is pre-transfer history according to the start of your post. Did a little research myself. Isn't much chance of finding this guy.

A lot of potential legwork if you bother trying, and maybe the guy will collect it himself, if he happens to be around still, you contact him, and or he's reading this.

According to your more recent post, I have that muddled and your transfer date is actually following the second transfer of the character, if the Post transfer history is correct.

Would you like to log in on Serj and talk to yourself, then inform yourself through Serj that I pointed you in your direction so you could take care of this and potentially get yourself back, then inform Chribba that I pointed you to yourself, so you could have that little chat.

from Akita T, Elise DarkStar, RAW23 and a number of other pilots.

Last footprint i can find of him anywhere is on April, 24, 2012 at 08:37 PM on a agony unleashed's forum in a thread about CCP banning Mittani's I noticed that Serj Darek is a previous member of theirs. i'm assuming the post was posted by a previous owner, because you are in fact not the original owner of Serj Darek. I have a feeling maybe Serj Darek was purchased from you by the original owner/ person who owned him while he was in Agony Unleashed.(The character that bought him was maybe an alt-account- - - Nevermind i think that post in 2012 was made by you.

He was in a npc corp when I transferred him, but it dawned on me to look up the email from the transfer.

I have done a bunch of legwork and ran into a brick wall. I never knew his main, so I cant dig around the assorted forums looking for a user account with the same name. Trust me, I have spent quite a bit of time and its a dead-end until I can find someone that knew him.

Keeps me busy and out of bars. :P

I never changed my user name on the agony unleashed forum, so thats me. I was in Agony a few times and was occasionally their surprise titan bridge. :)

How is it creepy that I want the opportunity to try and buy a character back that I sold almost two years ago? If I specifically tied that to the reward no one would help, so I am offering a reward for an opportunity to chat with him to buy the character back.

Character Bazaar information is on public forum, so its not like I am asking for anything unusual, besides finding someone that knows him or his main.

I'm in the same boat as you man. I sold my main back in 2009, the guy stopped logging in in mid-2011 when I had enough ISK to buy him back. Haven't seen him log on since.

I suppose CCP could hunt down the character and send them a mail with some 3 day return deal. Outside of that and on the player base, it's more about finding out who knows him in RL. Sorry, I can't help there. Just throw out suggestions
