Constant War Dec's - Advice needed

Ok so on one of my alt's I am part of an indy corp that do high sec mining, production invention etc.. having an issue with a guy in a 1 man corp who keeps constantly wardec'ing us. He'll renew it for a few weeks, finally let it run out then a few days later back where we were. Now we are perfectly happy to stand and fight, we aren't afraid of pvp one bit, however he will either sit in station most the time or when he does undock he pops a retriever and goes back into hiding.

The fact he is utterly useless at pvp when we have managed to engage him makes us believe someone is paying him to do this. Anyone any advice on what to do in this situation? Have looked at decshield however I believe retribution may put an end to that.

I believe you can setup an advert to do so.

PS - tank your retriever and use it as bait.

Create an alliance, add an extra corp, drop that corp from alliance and have it join decshield. Now he has more to worry about then just 1 allies Blink
