It's been possible to align to bookmarks for a while now. Annoyingly, this doesn't apply to agent bookmarks. I reported this as a bug, and a BH said "It seems what you are describing is an intended game mechanic, since agents give warp-in points and not bookmarks."

OK... but why? What's the reason to disallow aligning to agent "warp-in points"?

Start warping to the mission.
See where is pointing your ship.
Cancel the warp.
Fly in that direction.

Congratulation ! You're aligned to your mission.
