Price history table, am i doing it wrong?

Hi, so ive been trading now for a good few months, ive been doing quite well, however today something completely stumped me.

The market price history table. From my understanding, orders, were how many orders for an item (buy and sell) and quantity were how many items were needed to fill them orders (again, buy and sell) However today, i sold 1 lot of 17 items, but the orders is 4, and quantity is 9.

Have i completely got it wrong and the orders and quantity something completely different? If not, is this just a bug?

The price history feature is notoriously buggy, but good enough usually. Just understand that it's not always going to show accurately or in a timely manner.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

Alright, thanks. Thats the first time i have come across it being buggy, its worked well for me for a while, it was just today i noticed a difference.
