Can't run EVE now - WineServer bind fails

Hi,
I can no longer run EVE on OSX Lion Server. I don't understand why, but after restoring from a time machine backup all i get is 'wine server bind failed'. Any suggestions? I've re-installed the client, trashed my pref files. I don't know what other settings to change/disable.

Please try to repair the client by running The repair tool

If this doesn't work, please write a bug report about how you went about restoring your client
