A year later, still no music/jukebox and still no fix/response

Built a new computer in August 2011. Plays EvE on max graphics flawlessly. No issues or slowdown with WiS either.

However, my jukebox doesn't work at all. The Login screen music plays, ambient noise plays, module sounds play, etc....just no tunes.

When I open the jukebox and try to start it, it endlessly scrolls down causing massive lag. Caps lock off, num lock off, etc.

This will be the third or fourth time I've posted this problem without any feedback. Really, really hate to reset settings to try to "fix it" if at all possible.

Yes, EvE has music. I'd like to enjoy it, just need a little help.
