Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Weird FPS spikes from +100 to 15 all the time regardless the environment. Very eye-tiring animations with slow motion and micro stutters. Played with intervals, anti-alias and several other graphical options. This simply should not be happening in this system!!!

CCP: Your "We are not currently supporting Windows 8" should have been written somewhere pretty visible to all in big and bold letters and not hidden obscure in some forum line. I don't want to downgrade to Windows 7!
