change "focus" grabbing information popups into non-focus grabbing system chat messages

downtime 1hr/15m/5m noticfications
flying ship into another persons hangar
containers cant go into other container message
to learn this skill requires NNN skill message
you have already trained this skill message

all of these messages could be put into a system message system that required no end user response.
