Im wondering if anybody does it, and how much it would cost. Just to be clear when I say "assassination" I dont mean war deccing the guys corp and hoping he comes out of the station to get blown up. Im interested in taking someone out while hes flying around in high sec doing whatever he does, in his moderately expensive clone with a head full of implants.
