believe it or not some people can do exercise AND play games at unique moments in a single day

does this mean these people will be super-beings?

You can't blame video games for something like that

You'd have to blame the necessary lack of excercise

Excercise is overrated; I'm quite happy with my ability to literally crush anyone who annoys me.

I can confirm, it is very easy to out-wrestle and/or out-fight some large men. Too easy perhaps.

Also, EVE doesn't really have twitch reflex, so that part of it's out, unless you count d-scan or how fast you can activate your modules the first time, or get a target lock on that guy that just jumped through the gate when he de-cloaks. aside from that, very little.

One can presume it might be good for some mental exercise, but that is usually limited to creating the spreadsheet. Blink

NO.

Apologies to our ccp overlords regarding the link,Stupidity had to be verified beyond doubt.

That said the 200 or so probes that were deployed on the gate at the time of jump in and
repeated convo bombs by the neg 10 slackers have to be taken into account and do actually detract
from the stupidity of the pilot...only by a little though.

Video games are making people better at certain things. I heard that it is now a requirement for doctors to play games, especially something relating to movement on surgeries. They did a research and doctors are 30% accurate.

Won't lie, but I am studying hospitality and still new to culinary and I chop stuff a lot quicker than the students do. I even asked them if they're a gamer and they are not.

It's true that the increased mental faculty resulting from operating an interactive PC game interface surpasses T.V. tenfold.

Also, the risk to the tendons in your wrist is such that you would be better off mining in hi-sec and doing fixed dumbell weight repetitions whilst the Exhumer cycles.

Not everyone has what it takes for the Physical Insanity program.

Nintendo 64, Gamecube, and PS1 helped my autistic son a lot when he was little. Great therapy for developing fine motor skills and bilateral coordination (coordinating what your left hand's doing with what the right hand's doing). Were also great for getting his attention, encouraging him to stay focused on a task, not get distracted, and follow things through to completion. And gave a feeling of accomplishment when he did things well. Seems the same benefits would apply to anyone, not just pre-schoolers on the autistic spectrum. Just a matter of degree or how obvious the benefits are.

typical MMA fans punch everything and it makes you cool

still think pure (heavily trained, mind you) martial artists can kick their ass O_o but only going at it in a deathmatch, no rules
