Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hey all,

Im writing this here in the forum as im so fustrated and dont know what else to do since eve doesnt have phone support. I have recently come back to eve after about a years break. I had 3 accounts all under the same email address. I have managed to get 2 of 3 back myself but can get into my main account. So i have opened a petition to resolve this issue but i feel as though i am being ignored!

I opened the petition 3 days ago to which i instantly got a reply asking for more details to verify the account etc etc which i gave and ever since then i just dont get any response?!?! I also opened another petition to find out what was going on but again no reply and it is coming up to day 4 for the first petition.

Is it normal for it to take this long? Im hoping a mod might see this post and get somthing resolved for me? or at least let me know that there looking in to it for god sake.
