Carrier ratting post AI changes.

Has anyone actually tried sentry ratting in a carrier with the AI changes?
I tried testing but couldn't find any sanctum/hordes since none of the systems were upgraded.

Is it still viable ?

From all the other threads about it, it seems as long as you use the same trick to break the AI as anyone else, it's fine.

Once that gets fixed, who knows.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

So is that confirmed as a bug then?
I can't see how you can rat in a carrier if your drones gain aggro every 5 secs.

Maybe act as a carrier. Launch fighters, rep them if they're engaged. New NPc are not as strong as incursions sanshas.

If you read the npc ai changes thread, it's pretty clear. Launch drones, get aggro on them, recall drones, launch drones again and you've lost aggro on them. The only worry is if you have a drone get alpha'd before you can recall them.
