Approx 6 targets in a Class 2 WH, they have a Medium POS with only a few small and medium guns.

I want them to have a hard time, and perhaps even lose the POS if possible?

What sort of hard time do you have in mind?

Do you want their mining crystals to burn out unnaturally fast?
Do you want their research jobs to come back poorly for ever and ever?
Do you want their PI haulers to blow up continually?
Do you want them to discover that they are living in a Class 2 wormhole?
