The purported facts are completely insignificant. Baseliners being horrible to each other is hardly news. That this sort of menial affair somehow escaped strictly local news-sheets and made it to the Summit, presented as relevant to capsuleer affairs? That is. The only interesting part of this story is the spin.

I assumed that the story here was a Capsuleer owned company having labour relations issues. I don't think any the worse of Oniseki-haani because she happened to have the misfortune to have these things happen at her facility - in fact the swift and sure handling of the situation by Ishukone forces speaks well of her preparation for an event such as this.
