MeowBet has without any doubt the nicest website and has run as http://bet.pleaseignore.com for a long time.

Wunder Bet is the new kid on the block.

Maybe someone is bored enough to work out the house cut each of these sites takes?

(edit: I have used all three services but have no further affiliations with either of them; trust issues aside my advice is to compare odds and choose whatever provider has the best ones for the team you want to beet on shortly before the match starts)
