EVE Time Code Bazaar Rules:

  1. The game time will be automatically added to the buyer's account, PLEX cannot be generated from an ETC purchased through the forums.

  2. Any form of ETC trading outside of the CCP created system is not permitted or supported by CCP.

  3. Any form of scamming relating to ETC sales or purchases is not permitted and will be dealt with harshly.

  4. ETCs must be sold for the agreed price. If too much or too little ISK is transferred, then the difference will be transferred as appropriate.

  5. An alternative to ETC Trading has been introduced in the form of converting ETCs to PLEX in game. More information can be found here.

  6. Sale agreements on the forums are not binding, players may back out of the deal at any time prior to the transaction being completed.

  7. The sale of PLEX on this forum is strictly prohibited.

  8. If you have issues with an ETC, please file a petition under the category "Billing & Account" and subcategory "Time Codes & PLEX"

  9. If you have an issue with a spammer on the forums, please use the "report" function above their post.

  10. Please note that ETCs traded through the secure Game Time Code trade system lose any special and/or promotional items attached to them. These items will not be reimbursed to either the buyer OR seller by Customer Support.
