Unable to login to buckingham

When I attempt to login to buckingham I get an error that sais "invalid username or password" even though I can login to the website and tranquility completely fine. My password was changed not too long ago and I tried using both those passes but I had no success.

My character name is neutral shock

I have the same problem on both of my accounts. Characters are Dante Davino and Michi Noda
