But its not at all unusual for those races to plug the other holes very effectibly causing Thermal to still be the somewhat lowest resist...

I tend to favour Thermal for my ammo choise, be it missiles or projectiles... It might not be the lowest every time, but as far as the usual fits Ive seen goes, its quite reliably second best choise..

Just please dont try and fire Thermal against a Wolf (or other Minmatarr Armor tanks) and you should be alright

Umm. 3 for kinetic. Unless the secondary Amarr boost doesn't count somehow?

Yes. GMP will apply to all missiles, as will rigor rigs.

Me thinks this might make torp boats slightly OP.

They are great when properly fit now. These changes will give them a significant buff. Golem here I come.
