I did 10-12 "Cartel Prisoner Retention Facility" sites in a row and got nothing but boxes. It seems like those complexes were doomed by inglorius and cruel islandic random number generator :)
Any suggestions, good conspiracy theories? :) Something happened at Angels headquarters, and they just delayed dedspace stuff deliveries for us? :)

All 8/10s in my experience have poor drop rates but its just all alot of random. :)

The Sansha 8/10 has also got an epic nasty drop rate. I prefer 6-7-10 to 8s.

For DED sites of all ratings drop RNG is strange and unpredictable. Once upon a time I did a dozen sites and didn't even know you could get no drop other than OPE. Nowadays... I'm finally waning of my exploration passion. Way too many sites that don't drop anything. And yet some people find 3 sites in 2 hours and get 500 mil... RNG is RNG

I did four Guristas 8/10'sites today and got nothing but one Rattlesnake BPC. So much for DED sites being goldmines.

Another explorer I ran into claims that DED complexes have been deliberately nerfed. Any truth to that or just lots of bad luck?

I heard somewhere that 8/10's are the most common in nullsec, is this true?

Also, I know the whole "random numbers are random" mantra, but is there a chance that loot drops are set at different "ranges" for a type of DED or anom?

8/10's are flippin awful.

Barely ever a get a drop from them.

I've been living off 8/10 ...don't understand everyone's issue. My mates had 4 Mach bpc drop in a week. Five runs personally in the last 2 weeks... one dropped nothing while rest saw gist b mods from 200m ump to 700m. Again it's all luck/random.
