I have to disagree on those choices. Here are some alternatives.

Angelina Jolie is a sleazy skunk ho, completely inappropriate for someone as regal and majestic as empress of Amarr. Better alternatives:
Charlize Theron
Lena Headey

Tibus Heth is obviously Edward James Olmos

Samuel L. Jackson as Maleatu Shakor would much better embody savage minmatar nature

Sansha Kuvakei should, of course, be done by Vin Diesel

Finally no EvE movie would not be compleate without some of our best known FC:
