Wallet Bugged - Wallet thinks I have access to corp wallet

I keep getting phantom wallet blinks. After leaving my previous corp and joining Dreddit I started to notice my wallet would blink despite the fact that my wallet balance did not change. I attribute this to having access to my previous corporation's wallet. I've seen others with the same issue and even filed a bug report. I posted about this issue half a year ago and it was ignored and eventually locked. Yes - disabling blinking on balance changes fixes this issue, but deprives me of the feature entirely.

Do you have any buy orders set up? It's possible that your balance doesn't change, but there are transactions going through? What's in the transactions tab of the wallet?

Nope, that's not the issue. I'm getting random blinks almost every minute, it's not any transactions because I don't put up orders on this character.

What I'd try to do is run EVE's logserver (in the EVE directory on disk, theres a Logserver.exe, run that first, then launch EVE and login and play normally. When you notice the wallet blinks for a while, shutdown EVE. Save the logserver output. And send it to CCP as a bugreport.

I've had this issue forever. So have my other accounts. So has everyone I've explained the "feature" to.

There is one exception though and that's a character who is still in the starter corp. Doesn't happen to him. Every other character who has left the starter corp has the "feature".

I just turn the blink off.

Been playing for a year, joined 2 corps in that time, never seen this issue. Logserver is the way to go to debug this imo.

Possibly, however its not a client-side issue as this problem has persisted across four computers, at least 6 complete reinstalls and every Eve patch/expansion since early 2009.

Someone else can do that though as I've had blink off for so long it doesn't really affect me anymore, except when patches/expansions reset the blink to on.

So I've gone ahead and attached a log to my bug report. I just amended my old bug report instead of opening a new one, hopefully it still makes a difference. This is definitely an issue within the way the wallet interacts with the database pertaining to corporation wallet roles and not a user-error.
