CCP plans to replace your Divisions with Containers....?

I started a thread weeks ago where I pleaded with CCP to slow down and not try to ram through so many changes to so many game mechanics at once. CCP is trying to change so many moving parts at once the chance of disaster is very high, especially given CCP's track record.

Naturally, the fanbois shouted down my concerns.
And here we are, with yet another change with who knows what ramifications, with a whole ton of people in the test threads screaming and being ignored.

But yeah, this time it will won't be anything like the UI fiasco, and everything will work perfectly, and all the players will be ecstatic.

I'll bet this has nothing to do with code, and everything to do with making them containers.

You know. Scannable.

Yes. You should be familiar with CCP's proprietary half-assed approach to iteration by now.

im not a fan of this, my orca flies multiple roles.

As a mining support ship it uses the corp hangar to transfer goods into the ore/cargo hold while keeping spare mining crystals separated and organised

As a incursion support ship it holds random oddities such as spare training books i may want on extended deployments, ammo and spare fittings which i want to be well sorted. bunching them all together is going to be awfull, trying to pack 8736m3 of ammo into cans of 1k m3 capacity is going to be stupid.

From an organisation standpoint alone i dont agree with a 1 bay corp hangar
