Now minus the 4 major hubs of EVE (Jita, Amarr, Dodi, Rens), there are a thousand more potential hubs in which to hunt and seek targets of whatever variety.

I have found success in Cat/Villore, but outside of that I'm curious at to where people find to see their targets most often in the other faction spaces.
Specifically HS mission hubs/belts are the question here, but if you have somewhere else that you've had great success in, please share as well.

Now obviously someone of you have your favourite secretive hunting grounds, but share one or another of your other ones so as to enable the greater liberation of 'bears and their 'spensive things. Twisted

This is as much for my personal use as it is to be a general listing and core concept thread that I can pass on to the younger bloods I see struggling to learn the delicate art of hunting and killing.

Just look for systems with popular corps (like Caldari Navy, Thukker Tribe, etc...) that have level 4 agents (usually multiple ones per system/station). That's a good place to start. I can think of about 10 or so systems just in Caldari space that fit that.
