Warning if undocking with cargo worth alot?

A warning if you undock with valuable cargo?, even if it was implemented the don't show me this again box would get ticked, the warning dismissed and then tears will ensue when things explode.

Hate is a very strong word. I don't know you, so I won't hate you.

It's a horrible suggestion though. This is not the right game to implement "lending player's hand"-mechanisms.

I like this suggestion but why stop there?

Eve should also wake me up in the morning, make me breakfast, dress me, get me to take a shower and bush my teeth, give me my lunch money, drive me to work, tell me how special I am, listen to my whining, reassure me that I am the best and brightest, make sure I actually show up to work, talk to my boss to get me special treatment, pick me up after work, make me dinner, listen to me whine some more, again reassure me that I am a special snowflake, let me play video games and watch tv late into the night, give me candy when I've been good, and finally give me a big spoonful of zzzzquil and tuck me into bed before I whine some more.

Yah, Eve should totally do that.

So what are the new rules ?...ive been on a long break and i used to make my iskies freighting goods around hi-sec on my indy toon to fund my null-sec adventures......back then capital freighters werent worth the gank effort...but now ive been told gankers go for any freighter with anything valuable in it, even empty ones just for the killmails.

It seems to me that there is zero risk in ganking, apart from sec status which gankers dont care about anyway, so wheres the risk versus reward for ganking now ?....and again what are the "new" freighter pilot rules ?

Don't autopilot, don't carry more than a billion or so, definitely don't carry multiple plex, plastic wrap your shinies by putting them into courier contracts from an alt, if you have an alt on another account in the same corp use it to multiweb you so you get into warp quicker, avoid choke points if you can, especially on the Amarr Jita run.

Also, how would the system determine what is valuable & what is not? Something considered highly valuable to one person is pleb change to another. Just ask DAVK all about it Cool (Also ask him about double & triple Apocalypse)

I undock with aggression after hitting the "I don't care" button all the time. The warning is moot because I always assume I am a target in EvE.

well for who? for naive freighter pilots - not for Goons, who love to shoot fish in a barrel obviously.

Now the big question for Goons is:

Troll back and bring thread on first page again every time, but with the danger potentical victims might read and avoid the hotspots or be silent?

Funny thing is, Goons can not avoid to troll back. It is in their nature. Trolling will never end - until a nerf bat hits the Goons high Sec ganking happiness.

You seem to not understand what trolling is.

As stated above by another person, people would just switch this off. Ultimately whether something like this was added or not we'd still have plenty of freighter pilots willing to give us their stuff.

I think after Goons took over 0.0 CCP should not also give them the chance to shoot fish in a barrel in High Sec.

Lets make a RL analogy. I know, some guys will troll me, that I do a terrible crime. It goes as follows: Would the USA allow terrorists to attack in the Green zone of Bagdad? Well, it happened a couple of times, but they did everything to stop it. They stopped the attacks (there is always an exception). What does CCP to stop this? nothing. Everything remains the same and there is a big silence. Obviously this is not High Sec as it is called.

Then you can ask yourself, why you have a High Sec or a Green Zone? Why not make everything a honest free fire zone?

Yesterday we talked about the fact, that it is now saver to use a jumpfreighter in Low Sec than a regular freightr in High Sec.

Why? Because 0.0 is so stale and stagnant and Goons want to have fun. Eve became too small for Goons. That is the truth. You can see it everywhere.
