Makes sense to me. The EULA is that they can change the EULA whenever they want, and by accepting the EULA, you agree to accept the changes to the EULA, whenever tehy want to make them....

Well atleast in my country such stipulation is illegal. :P You must accuire explicit acceptance of contract changes, theyre not automaticly accepted. Person is not expected to obey contract stipulation he cant be expected to be aware.

But then again they can present me the new improved eula on login, ask me to read it and accept changes... problem solved.

How ever it would be nice if they would highlight changes they make. You know, make it easyer for customers to actually review the changes...

Besides ho actually reads those long legal jargon software licences anyways, theyre created to be boring as bossible so as few people as bossible actually reads them....

We are Minmatar, Our ship are made of scraps, but look what our scraps can do...
