Destroyer and Battlecruiser Reimbursement

Hey guys, I am trying to decide whether or not its worth re activating some of my old accounts to get the skills before the changes happen. I'm aware that the changes aren't coming with the retribution patch but I wanted to get some opinions before I drop £80+ to do so. There would be a total of 4 accounts with a max train time of just under 50 days.

Do you think changes will occur in less than 50 days?
Do you think its worth doing?

I knew as soon as I posted this that I was going to get some flak. Again just looking for some opinions on the matter then we can trash the thread.

Only you can answer that question. Do you anticipate traning and using destroyers and battlecruisers often on those inactive accounts? If yes, then it probably is worth doing.

If you want to fly everything go for it, just makes your clone more expensive.
As BC and BS changes are not even on test yet, you more than likely have 50+ days to sort it out.

Haha I can see me using battlecruisers.. and destroyers make decent gank boats right? I guess I'm just looking for somebody to tell me that spending the money is worth it since i'm a poor ass mother at the moment. Currently strengthening my sack ready for when the misses finds out lol.

I'm doubting it will be in a major expansion, actually, based on the whole 'TRAIN THEM RIGHT NOW' thing from the devblog

I'm not bothering with that idea. I found handling all those accounts was to much like work. Sometimes I wish i had one or the other but its situational and soon passes. I don't repay nerfs with cash anymore nor do I participate in much game or corp tedium.

I'm not fond of running multiple accounts either, but I have my hand in too many different pies I guess.

By the way, you aren't repaying anything with your cash, nerf, buff, or otherwise. You are paying for access to a game just like everyone else, and if you don't like it don't pay. Your cash doesn't lend any special weight to your opinion on game balance any more than it does for the rest of the player base.


However, if you insist, you can pay a bit extra for all of the buffs coming out in this next expansion. Smile
