There should be a sign or some directions with EVE on it pointing the way to where we will be. I personally will be in a Shirt with Chaoticc / ADHC on it, so thats us when you see it ( like a group of eve people is going to be hard to spot )

this has been discussed primarily in the 'DC Meetup' mailing list for those not aware of it.

Having just attended Eve Vegas I can say hanging out with eve people and drinking is more fun then you would expect.

** it is a club, please do not come in tattered shorts and flip flops. - had issues with this in vegas. I am sure jeans and a shirt will be fine ***

I second the post for gank potential I believe Saturday the 1st of December should give time for the word to get out. Science Club opens at 7pm EST. We would need about 50 people to get them to open earlier. I would enjoy a drink or two.

I am reaching out to the location to see if there is anything special we need to arrange. I should be bringing roughly 3-4 other eve players with me so I am imagining at the moment perhaps 25 people.
