Betting on the Own3d tournament

Chairman Meowmix's Betting Emporium: https://meowbet.com/match/

This is the site set up by TEST's IT wizard for the Alliance Tournaments, and it transferred several hundred billion isk during ATX.

Anyone can bet, by setting up an account on TEST Auth (link from the site).

Bets are all calculated based on the percentage of money bet on each side, so basically, money controls the odds.

I'm not associated / affiliated / don't profit from this, just a happy customer.

To update with some stats on what kind of action is going on - pre-tournament, here's what has been flying around on Meowmix's site...

Total ISK in the Emporium - 19,268,808,424.28 ISK
Average ISK Per User - 11,125,325.80 ISK
Active Users (Last 30 Days) - 202
Highest User Balance - 1,639,222,376.53 ISK
Biggest Winning Bet - 3,573,329,094.51 ISK
Biggest Losing Bet - -1,900,000,000.00 ISK

apparently you also don't realize that restricting betting to bloc members ends up being quite boring as blues share many opinions regarding favorites, underdogs, ... (which results in terrible odds for the most popular matches).

Not much fun betting on PL or TEST when - if they do win - you get back maybe 10% more than you paid in.

I saw well over 5000 when I started the stream. Not bad really, and quite high for anything on own3d.

I'm the one running Meowbet, the TEST Auth login is actually a hang over from when it was blues only, but now its open to anyone. All you need is a account on TEST Auth (http://auth.pleaseignore.com/), you don't need API keys.
