whats the shortest route that will take you through Amarr, Min, Cal, Gal hisec space

Whats the shortest route without going through low sec.
Peferred route should be a circular.

Rent office in each empire, deathclone to each in turn. 4 jumps total.

You can use tools like the Dotlan "route" tool. Here is a sample that I achieved via setting a route preferring hisec, going Amarr->Rens->Dodixie->Jita->Amarr (using major trade hubs in each empire): http://evemaps.dotlan.net/route/2:Amarr:Rens:Dodixie:Jita:Amarr

Form my expirence systems near jita (center of New Eden) are near all three sov regions Amarr, Galente, Caldari just few jumps in circle to visit these regions, open map in game and see sovereignity by rase.

EvE isn't game, its style of living.

There is no circular route really. If you start in Dodixe, go to amarr you would go through Uedama, then Niarja. From there to get to Jita you will go back through Niarja. Dodi, Amarr and Jita are all 12 jumps or less apart I think but they all bottle neck at Uedama. Any alternative route means entering low sec.

If you're in a freighter try to pass Uedama as often as possible.

What is the purpose of this voyage?

Are you intending to visit every connected hisec region, for example to gather market information?

Do you just want to see different nebulas in the sky?

Sinq Laison [Gallente] connects to both The Forge [Caldari] & The Bleak Lands [Amarr]
The Forge [Caldari] connects to Metropolis [Minmatar]
The Bleak Lands [Amarr] connects to Heimatar {Minmatar]

Check DOTLAN or "Ombey's 2d maps" for more detailed info
but the above is about short as your going to get a circular route
