What i still wonder is why GOONS suddenly feel it's their duty to police EVE? I mean i can swear i read a couple of times GOONS were against policing EVE as they deemed that the job of CCP.

So to be honest any GOONS using the "he broke the rules" crap really just comes off as a hypocrite. You hate him and that's it. There is no justice or whatever here. You don't care at all about the NDA breach, you just want him down.

I think the problem here is obvious. If something violating the NDA had occurred CCP would address it as they have always done in the past. Pure and simple... and quickly.

Also goons are well known for scamming and griefing and taking pleasure in such. It hardly instills people to trust anything you say, especially when claiming your witch-hunt is unselfish and concerned only with justice. It makes people laugh.

hm.... Goons kicking non Goons off the CSM - or getting them in positions where theyre screwed...
Now, figure that they have the backing of the top what three biggest alliances in the game as far as votes go, this has the makings to go from the general council of stellar management to the Goonsquad of Stellar Management.
The only way to vote them and all of their alts out would be to get like all the other people in the game to vote for the other guy (cause yeah, thats gonna happen)

Yeah guy, you got it right. Someone FORCED Darius III to leak logs to riverni. Obviously a conspiracy to "get him in a position where he is screwed."

Obviously this is a ploy to ruin your game. Oh the humanity! Someone has setup Darius III, a CSM member of no use whatsoever!

The real problem with leaking the NDA'd information is that while you are playing with the "Goons want to rule the world" theory, there could be a real possibility of real corruption at hand. What else was leaked? Were wallets lined?

Is that what you want from YOUR CSM? Someone who will take confidential information and use it for their own gain?



Funny how only goons seem to be beating on me about this isnt it?

also, if it was brought to CCP's attention, and they didnt do anything about it, they arent gonna reverse their decision and do something about it later no matter how loudly the Goons qq on the forums lol

To be quite honest, I have to support Darius on this, I'm not the most active person, but, honestly, looking at the evidence against him, I'm not sure how CCP could say that he broke the NDA. Goonswarm is known for scamming and pushing the limits of what they can scam and grief. Darius trolled them and they're a pretty tightknit bunch that will do quite a bit to "defend the honor" of their own. We know that Goonswarm is part of somethingawful and that this could very well be, what they consider, the grandest scam yet.

I'm in the US and if there is a shadow of a doubt as to whether a person committed an action, they're innocent until that can be put away. It's a bit extreme for a game and, I realize, that we're not in the US, but c'mon people, the CSM is important for some people and Darius may actually get satisfaction being in the CSM. Why try to pull him out of it when we all know they don't really accomplish anything with CCP. (Not meant to be a troll, just saying that the CSMs value to CCP isn't much these days.)

Just let him be and blow him up in space instead of trying to attack his integrity and character. That's in poor taste in my opinon.

There are forum dumps of people rejecting the freeport delve after he accepted it. His own alliance told him he was dumb and they wouldn't accept it. So then they spin it as a troll and tards like you eat it up. Their indecision only bought them 24 hours anyway, big deal. Then RIVERNI posts leaks in which only D3 could have leaked them and it's a GOON conspiracy?

If Darius seems to think he was being set up by Goons, Mittani or Vile Rat then I would tend to believe him even without the evidence. Why you might ask? Well because Goons and especially Mittani are known liars and cheats and Mittani has been known to falsify chat logs in the past on many occasions. Mittani seems to have a knack for spinning the truth and taking even the most unbelievable lie and providing false proof to it.
