Seconded. Also, would it kill them to give the chunks of footage a meaningful name beyond "EVE TV 18th November #28"? Finding specific matches to review is a pain.

More importantly, a good chunk of the matches are just the NEO logo panning around and not actually the match itself (e.g. #8 and #24 for example)

Personally I haven't been able to watch any of the matches/livestreams at all on own3d Evil. CCP please hurry and get these on youtube!

Sunday's Tengu Terror vs. Africa's Finest match seems to be missing entirely. Pre-match chat in 18th #13, post-match wrap-up in 18th #14.

Edit: My apologies; it isn't missing, simply out of sequence. The match is in #15.

There are ads? Haven't seen a single one. Whenever they say "going to ads" it just shows the logo for a few minutes. Must be AdBlock...

I'm happy to help CCP mitigate their costs so they can spend more of that money on oh... I don't know... more events, developer payroll, server upgrades, design program updates, efforts to increase player base, etc. However, not having proper titles, having to flip through videos, no forward/rewind function & getting ads every time you click anything is a different matter entirely.

own3d.tv's presentation is really getting to be disappointing. To start with, their player won't run on my mobile because I can't load flash on it; being away from my home machine has meant that I have to rely on the recorded footage.

Which would be fine...but all the recorded footage is labeled with a rather unhelpful date/sequence number format, instead of any actual information about what footage is contained in a particular segment. It is all posted in an obnoxious scroll-down/click-for-more list without the simple "play next" button that would make viewing so much easier. The player will only allow rewind/fast forward to footage that it has buffered, preventing the viewer from selecting a segment and skipping to the end.

Which might still be fine, except they seem to be getting more and more of the footage out of sequence (one match the first Sunday, two matches each both days of the second weekend). On top of that, the beginning of this past Sunday's broadcast is entirely absent; there's no mention of CCP Dolan's absence, no introduction to CCP Falcon...I'm not sure, but it even sounded like perhaps the very first match of the day got left out entirely.

I know own3d.tv is supposed to be a big deal, and I don't mean to sound too unappreciative -- the tournament is still phenomenal -- but shouldn't having a big name production company sponsoring the event mean that it's generally more accessible and of a higher presentation value than could otherwise be achieved? Why doesn't that seem to be happening?

CCP have assured us that all the Matches will be going up on Youtube soon where they will be labled hopefully as the ATX matches are.

This cant come soon enough as some matches I would like to rewatch due to lag preventing me from seeing much of them

We will rename the clips on own3d as soon as possible. I'll actually check if we can't start doing that right now. As for getting the matches on youtube I will be starting that process today and hopefully have everything up and running before the finals weekend.

T3's need to be versatile so no rigs are necessary ... they should not have OP dps and tank

ABC's should be T2, remove drone assist, separate HAM's and Torps range, -3 HS for droneboats

Thank you, CCP Bro. The tournament itself has been simply amazing to see unfold; I hate for that impact to be lessened by frustration with a poor viewing experience.

So I just went on the test server to test this "safe log off" I noticed two things...

it was only 30 sec to log off safe.... I would say it should be at least 1 min!
Secondly, I wanted to see if I logged out at a certain location, like 100 km from the station if I would log in and be at same spot... what I found was I logged in and my ship would come into warp and and 10 AU away from the station, no where near where I logged off... is this working as intended?
