Looking for a Minmatar PVP / COVOPS character, or a Gallente Droneboater.

Looking to spend up to 8 bill on it so nothing to fancy.

Core skills gotta be good and gunnery / missiles gotta be nice.

Mnimum waste points but some are allright.

Show me some nice ones!
