I personally have no problems with reading the interface....and without trying to sound like a flamer here have you tried turning Best Quality on?

Yes the best quality is on I have to put the window in full screen just to read the names and still seems hazy.

The text in the center of the UI is a little fuzzy. I asked Bro about this via twitter and he stated it's an undue side effect of deinterlacing the video. The alternative is much worse.

If your computer has the ability, I recommend watching in HD, using the video pop out option and watching with max screen. It's still a little blurry, but it's much easier to read. Hope that helps!
