Per the original post, the auction ended on the 23rd of November when no offer had been received that met the reserve price.

The ISK and account information was sent on the 30th.

Having not received an offer prior to the auction deadline, I resubscribed for another month of training and was no longer watching this character's EVEmail. I had no intention of ignoring or defrauding anyone, and I have sent an EVEmail to the proposed buyer explaining the situation and asking him to get in touch with me to let me know whether he would still like to purchase this character or would prefer the return of his ISK.
