hiya, I know this may probably have been covered before, but i could not find an exact answer to my query, which is this;

Is it considered an exploit to kill all the rats in a mission, loot and salvage the wrecks, and leave the mission open and di it all over again after the next downtime????

Is this what they call farming? and is it classed as an exploit?

i don't think it's an exploit. i also don't think it's a good idea, as you will usually get more ISK from the LP you earn than the bounties and wrecks, so it is better to finish the mission and accept the next one.

I should buy an Ishtar.

I'd say farm when it's possible. 7 days of Worlds Collide/Angel-Blood Extravaganza and a couple of others,
outperforms doing the LP to ISK conversion through market sales of modules everyone else is selling.

Sitting AFK in a PLEX 24/7 is considered an exploit, it was mentioned not so long ago in one of dev blogs although my search-fu is kinda failing in finding that blog.

But definitely mission farming by keeping it uncompleted and respawning every DT is not an exploit.
