In short:

What you're asking for (PvP in all shapes and sizes, but with a nice group of people who also enjoy the industry side), plus the PvP is pretty newbie friendly for your newer friends.

Also, no-drama rule that we've pretty much never had to enforce :)

Basically, we like to think we're in a nice sweet spot. As part of a big alliance the fleets are available in all shapes and sizes, but the corp itself is really quite small and cosy and entirely tard-free.

We've got what you're looking for. We're located in Amarr NPC 0.0. We've got solid, experienced FCs and SCs and have almost daily roams of 10 - 22 pilots. Reds abound. Teamspeak and working mics are a requirement for any/all ops. We've got stable leadership in the corps and alliance. No drama. Directorships, fleet/squad commands are based on merit, ability and trust.

Basic Requirements for Enlistment:
- A minimum of 5 Mil skill points (If you have less than this please contact us anyway - While you may not be eligable to join as a Full Member, training runs with you to develop your PVP skills are possible)
- TS3 required with MIC and be fluent in English
- A willingness to fly or train into a battlecruisers with advice from our Fleet Commanders using (on assignment) approved ship fits
- Small gang PVP experience is a plus but not required
- No sec status below -1.5 or be willing to fix it
- Limited API key for background check

What we offer you:
- Primarily US and Canadian
- A lowsec "base of operations" with easy access to level 5 missions and 0.0 ratting opportunities
- An opportunity to see every corner of the eve universe. We follow contracts, wherever they may be
- Established logistics team that will keep your ship hangar stocked
- Payment for completed assignments on a performance and participation scale
- While off contract our FCs will run scheduled fleet roams through low sec and null sec in order to try new tactics and keep the edge sharp

if i were you, id reconsider on the non FW stance... FW is what you are actually looking for.
its the only place ingame that pays you to pvp, most FW pilots HATE pve too.

FW = consistant, target rich pvp space that is solo and small gang heaven.

again i urge you not to reject FW just because you think its about empire....
FW is for the good fights

just check over some of the milita killboards and you'll quickly see, the top corps/pilots dont fly garbage ships, fits OR (more inportantly) tactics.

I always welcome more nullsec natives, it's fun watching thier eyes slowly open to just how devious we fly.
