Beeing a noob, I am not Aware with some of the things you mention in your first post here.

I assume, that a Drake with XR rocket launchers does not meet your requirements. But what I don't understand is, what you are looking for: how do I identify a T2 ship in the auction? Is it the small "II" on the top left of an Image?

P.S.: autocrrection amkes stupid captial letters... please ignore this.

Teamspeak-Server: 213.202.206.161?port=5065

you are correct. T2 is usually used as an abbreviation for 'Tech 2', tech level 2 weapons, modules and ship hulls, which have icons marked with a small yellow ribbon with a 'II' onit. tech2 items usually have high skill requirements but also highter performance than their tech 1 counterparts.

So if I can fit T2 guns and can sit in a Machariel with 70% resists I'm good? Don't you have mandatory DPS/tracking? Can I just rig for extra resists? Fit a DC in the lows, etc.? Or do you have actual guidelines for a minimum of DPS and certain rigs, or a must-have SEBO or something.

We do have guideline for the fittings, to get more information about this I suggest joining "ISN secondary". Here you can show what fitting you have and what should be changed to be excepted in fleet.

ISN has been a great source of fun and income for me for a little while now. I wouldn't trade doing sites with these guys over anyone else, and here is why:

Yesterday, in an HQ fleet, we warped into a preloaded (TCRC?) site. The FC thought the site might be preloaded, so he went in first to get the agro so everyone else could enter the site relatively safely. Well, he didn't. I guess the NPCs decided I was a better looking target, and it took until I was ~50% into armor before the logis and spider tanking BSs were able to overcome the incoming DPS and save my ass. What does this show? 1) without the ISN required fittings, I would have been dead. 2) without awesome logis that know their stuff and don't wait for everyone else to go into the site first, I would have been dead. 3) Having "broadcast if yellow boxed" drilled into my head from the various FCs probably didn't hurt my chances Blink . Getting a full room lock from a preloaded HQ site unexpectedly is no joke, yet I lived to fight another day (and the rest of that day). That was the first time my ship (a Mach BTW) had ever been into armor and I have flown many VGs and HQs with ISN.

So basically TL;DR: if you wanna lose your ship, fly elsewhere, because these guys wont let you if they can help it.

Before you spend a lot of money on a ship and rigs, defiantly join "ISN secondary" as Yimodo suggests. The requirements might seem steep at first, but you wont regret meeting them.

Every BS needs atleast 1 swarm of light drones (T2) and 1 swarm of Light shield drones (T1 is fine). We also use the drones for frigate killing so some drone skills are needed.

That would be really cool. At least we now have a full year to practice and train up all the ships that might not get banned.Big smile Anyways best of luck to you guys, will keep watching and rooting for you from the 'cheap seats'.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Welll next NEO may be a year away but you can always try to meet during the Alliance Tourney... Alliance Tourney (AT11) though is a ***** to get in especially due to all the META crap & higher barriers to entry then the NEO

My Main was in KOT (Knights of Tommorrow )when we originally tried to enter but we got frozen out by the bidding process

Another good reason to join ISN, entertaining forum-tears from butthurt people losing to us on contests...after being banned from ISN for acting like an idiot.

And a small reminder: ISN is officially considered a renegade community that disrupts incursion farming for everyone. By flying with ISN you will have your access to thousands of incursion runners cut.

If you want 4 minute Vanguards (elite): visit DIN-Flotten
If you want training fleets: fly with The Valhalla Project
If you want to get banned: good luck with ISN
