Offline modules after the move

We had a possible fix for this, but in testing it's shown to be not very effective. I've put in a bandaid to cover most cases, but it's still vital for players to check that their ship is fully functional after the teleport. If they are not, your captain needs to inform their GM and we'll fix it up for you. This is especially important for ships that are intentionally over-fit.

Once the command to warp is given, we won't be able to help anymore.

Why not just stick two stations in system and let the teams dock ?
