Where to go, how to get there, and what to bring (22m sp winmatar)

EVEBOARD: http://eveboard.com/pilot/Galileo_Black

So a couple months ago, I remapped to intel/mem to get electronics, engineering, mechanics, and navigation skills up to par.

I bought this character at 12m sp, and trained him into BC V, T2 large projectiles, Vaga/Munin, Broadsword (not flyable IVs yet), Sabre, Rapier, Loki, etc. Haven't flown most of those, but no sense in stopping there.

I'm almost done with core skills, so on to the next thing.

Once I get done with intel/mem, It's back into spaceship command and gunnery/missiles. I want to get amarr and gallente cruiser w/ t2 medium guns, and also have their recons and t3s at some point, so I'm starting sensor linking and weapon disruption before the switch.

I'm also kinda in a hurry to get all cruiser IIIs, for the skill change bonus (getting all racial destroyer and battlecruiser Vs would be a nice bonus) and then once I get my missile skills up, I can drake blob with the best of them.

So what I know I need before the remap:
Acceleration Control IV (in progress)
Fuel Conservation IV
EM, Thermal, Kinetic Explosive armor resistances to IV
Armor Rigging IV
hybrid, launcher, and energy weapon rigging to IIIs
EM, Thermal, Kinetic, Explosive shield compensations to III
shield compensation III?
Energy Management V
Shield Management V
Shield Upgrades V
Weapon disruption IV, Turret Destabilization III
Sensor Linking IV, Signal Suppression III

Anything else?

Then I think I'd go Gallente cruiser first, since the ashimmu is garbage and the cynabal is amazing, but perhaps skip hybrids and get amarr cruiser for ahacs.

Advise?

EFA

Also
High speed Maneuvering 5. You will NOT regret that one if you fly Vagabond/Cynabal.
Cybernetics 5. Sexy, sexy skill.
Thermodynamics 4 or 5... useful.

Probably some other stuff.

This isn't the final intel/mem training spree. I'm not looking to get maxed in everything before cross training, and I'd like to get at least 1 more race flyable within 6 months.

But thermodynamics IV would be a nice touch.... HSM V could be an option... hmm

I thought there was a good reason to get Tactical Shield Manipulation to 5, and Shield Compensation up to 4 or 5.

IMO you don't need shield upgrades V right away, I would get on you next intel/mem remap.

Push both shield and armor comps to IV and the generic shield comp to IV. Don't forget about Frequency modulation and long distance jamming, get those to IV as well. You might as well grab signal dispersion IV at that point even if you don't plan on messing with caldari ECM for awhile. Other than that it looks pretty good. If you do any scanning I would suggesting getting them up to 4/3/3/3, you already have astro IV so the other three to III wont take long at all.

I'd take the skills to Lvl IV not Lvl III TBH. Just because a lot of T2 modules require Lvl IV, and most of them are only like a day or so at most.

I've just remapped the other way and have just under a year of training Int/Mem skills. That's getting the important shield, power, armour and targeting skills to Lvl 5 and the rest (including Rig skills) to Lvl 4.

It takes so long Sad

Tactical Shield 5 is nearly useless unless you fly in capital fleets. it just makes way too little difference otherwise, as you're rarely hovering in the 1-4% shield level for very long.

Shield Upgrades 4 minimum, and 5 is good if you're wanting to fly T2 ships (esp. in PvP). A lot of those can fit oversized shield extenders, like mediums on a stealth bomber. Having Upgrades 5 can mean the difference between a meta4 and T2 extender... which on my current fits is nearly a 10% increase in EHP. CCP designed most of the T2 ships to require near-max fitting skills to fully equip, and an oversized extender is over 1/3 of the total powergrid.

Shield comps to 4 on the other hand, meh. So rarely used, just a backup for when you screw up and run out of cap. Armor comps to V are probably more useful than shield to IV, as armor tankers often use the energized adaptive tank fittings.

Electronic warfare to 4. Lets you use ewar drones, which are handy.

Might take Targeting to 5, then get multitasking to 3. SHould never not be able to lock a target due to your skills lacking.

Shield compensation to 4 is fine, unless you're an extreme mission runner.

Salvaging to 3/4 works a lot better. Heh.

Coupla weeks will have you nicely rounded out, really. Carry on!
