We all know CCP like there nerfs...but targeting!!

I just fathom to understand why you guys would think this already lackluster form of combat needed nerfing to the extent it has been

However I have enjoyed all the smart-bombing that been happening around Buckingham so a big thank you CCP for that

This was a sarcastic remark on the fact that Targeting was broken on the 14th Nov on Buckingham.
I hope this clarify's my OP
