Since the Jaguar has tackle, I'd opt for some sort of electronic warfare or heavy damage on the second ship. For damage, Enyo, Ishkur (especially if you have AF V), Harpy (rail or blaster), Retribution, or Wolf... or a destroyer. For e-war, Hawk, Ishkur, or another Jaguar.

Preferred e-war is tracking disruptor(s) and ECM drones.
